Deno Walter Berndt

Mr. Berndt represented me in a difficult divorce and custody case that involved domestic abuse. I retained his services after another attorney had made a mess of the situation. Mr. Berndt took the case with dedication and communicated my options to me very clearly. He collaborated with me in respe...ct to the unique aspects to my case and in the end gained protections for me and my children that we would not otherwise have. While no complicated divorce/custody case will have a 100% positive outcome, he worked hard to ensure the best possible outcome and I am grateful to him for the work he did.

Although Dino Berndt is very friendly, he lacks the organizational skills to effectively handle difficult cases. He was consistently late when responding to the court and left many important matters in the hands of his aide which should have been handled by him. As a result my divorce decree wasn't u...pdated with the agreed upon terms and my wife was allowed to take nearly all of my personal belongings. There was nothing in the divorce decree which allowed the sheriff to stop her from taking family heirlooms and antiques which were aquired long before our 2 year marriage began.
