Daniel C. Swenson graduated magna cum laude from Hamline University School of Law in 2014, where he served as an associate editor of the Hamline Law Review. He made the Dean’s list every semester and earned three CALI Awards for earning the highest grades in his class in Legal Research and Writing, International Law, and Administrative Law.
He clerked at Robert Wilson & Associates during law school and joined the firm as an associate after graduation, focusing on workers’ compensation and personal injury law. Before law school, Daniel served as a union steward and negotiator for 7 years, which fueled his passion for representing injured workers.
Daniel lives in Nowthen, MN with his wife, Kaylee, and six children, where he serves on the Nowthen City Council. He enjoys spending his free time with his family.
