Daniel C. Swenson

Daniel C. Swenson graduated magna cum laude from Hamline University School of Law in 2014, where he consistently ranked at the top of his class. He made the Dean’s List every semester, served as an associate editor of the Hamline Law Review, and earned three CALI Awards for the highest grades in Legal Research and Writing, International Law, and Administrative Law. Daniel clerked at Robert Wilson & Associates while in law school and joined the firm as an associate after graduation. He now focuses his practice on workers’ compensation and personal injury law, representing people who have been hurt and need clear guidance through the claims process. Daniel’s commitment to injured workers comes from real experience—before law school, he spent seven years as a union steward and negotiator, advocating for employees and helping resolve workplace issues. That background continues to shape his approach and fuels his passion for workers’ compensation work. Daniel lives in Nowthen, Minnesota with his wife, Kaylee, and their six children, and he serves the community as a member of the Nowthen City Council. In his free time, he enjoys being with his family and staying involved in local life.
