Kimberly Slay Holmes is a founding partner and managing attorney at Holmes Law Firm, P.A. Ms. Holmes has litigated hundreds of cases in state and federal court. She has over 25 years of legal experience and is licensed to practice in Minnesota and Louisiana.

Founding partner and Chairman of Holmes Law Firm, Kim Slay Holmes has represented clients since 1987. The firm primarily focuses on five areas of practice: labor and employment law, insurance law, commercial litigation, personal injury and entertainment law.

Experienced legal counsel with a hands-on approach, Ms. Holmes has extensive experience working with senior business executives in developing and managing legal programs and contracts. She is experienced and highly skilled in state and federal court litigation, health care, contract review, drafting legal documents, legal negotiation, advising of risk management controls policies and processes, advising on human resource issues and implementing human resources policies and procedures, ad hoc legal advice on wide range of issues, advice to contract administrators, settlement of disputes, experienced as a hearing officer and assistant to a District Court Judge as Special Master to manage complex legal cases.
