Biography
I have been practicing more than 30 years in a variety of areas. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Minnesota, I obtained my Juris Doctorate from the Seattle University School of Law in the State of Washington. My areas of practice have included business litigation, insurance defense litigation, business formation and organization, estate planning and real estate. My clients describe me as a solver of problems, creative and thorough. I am admitted to practice in Minnesota and before the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. Over the years, I have been active in coaching youth sports and have extensively lectured for professional education in the areas of worker’s compensation and risk management. I am married and have four adult children. I and my wife, Jane, reside in Buffalo, Minnesota.
