Assist client with all aspects of federal governemnt contracting from contract acquisition to contract administration to contract disputes. Provide assistance with procurement protests, suspension/ debarment matters as well as compliance with various disadvantaged business programs.

Assist clients with negotiating and formulating a wide varity of commerical and business contracts including leases, distribution and agency agreements, consulting and employment agreements, merger and acquisition agreements. Represent clients in contract disputes. Substantial experience in Federal government procurement law including contract disputes and litigation.

Counsel clients on business organization issues and help establish companies from filing articles to helping arrange financing.
