Jacob Richard Grassel

Jake Grassel is a real estate, estate and trust, and business law attorney. He focuses his practice on the representation of individuals and entrepreneurs, advising on real estate transactions, guiding families on protecting their legacy, and providing counsel to lower middle-market businesses, as well as providing representation when litigation arises.

Prior to founding Grassel Law, Jake worked at a mid-size law-firm in the west metro and in the legal department of a Fortune 500 company. Jake’s experience as a business owner and working in the business community allows him the ability to more fully understand the needs of each individual client. Recognizing that every business and individual has unique needs and goals, Jake works with his clients to carry-out their objectives through a personalized approach. As an entrepreneur, Jake cherishes the ability to help clients chart a course to achieve their dreams and help them navigate the many legal obstacles in their path.

Jake has successfully represented clients in both state and federal district court, the Minnesota Court of Appeals, the Minnesota Supreme Court, county commissions and city councils, and before the state legislature.

Jake and his family live in Waconia and in his spare time, he enjoys golfing, playing hockey, and spending time in the outdoors.
