Engaging the services of Wayne Alan Jagow has been an overwhelmingly disappointing experience. Despite his proclaimed 36 years of expertise, my interaction with him left much to be desired. One of the most distressing aspects was Mr. Jagow's apparent neglect of time-sensitive matters in my case. I... anticipated a higher level of diligence given his extensive experience, but unfortunately, this wasn't the case. His oversight led to unnecessary complications in my situation. Trust is crucial when working with legal professionals, and it was disheartening when Mr. Jagow misrepresented the status of my case. Specifically, he incorrectly asserted that I failed to file a motion for citation, a claim that was later disproven with evidence. Confronted with his error, he retreated from the responsibility, stating, "I don’t think I can work with you." This experience left me feeling frustrated and questioning the integrity of Wayne Alan Jagow. Time was wasted, and my family was unnecessarily hurt in the process. I was awarded sole custody of my daughter, and Wayne made sure we had the proper wording and stipulations in place to deal with future issues that might arise. Wayne fought for our safety and always made himself accessible no matter what time of day it was. I have never experienced a lawyer that is as dedicated as Wayne. It is apparent from the moment you talk to him that he is not in this business just to make money. He sincerely cares about his clients and about a fair outcome. Wayne was always reasonable with the time he charged for, and I never felt like he was over charging me. I would recommend him in a heartbeat, and I know he will do great things in the future.

Found Wayne for a custody case on a Friday afternoon. He reviewed all my documents over the weekend and met with me immediately Monday. He told me exactly what to expect. He was responsive, but respectful of his billable time. 8 days later we had a preliminary court result that lined up exactly with ...what he told me the outcome would be. He worked with me on what I could afford to pay and never over billed me for any part of the process. He knows family law inside and out and I cant recommend him highly enough. I hired Wayne to help with a family law case, I live out of state, he never would return my phone calls and let my case be pushed to a motion. I had him on my case for several months and this never should have been pushed to a motion if he had done his job! I have never been treated with such disresp...ect and neglect for a case.
