I used Terry for 10 years during and after my divorce. We never lost, and he is so good, that when my ex divorced the person she left me for, THAT SPOUSE was so impressed with Terry that HE tried to hire him against her too! (He kindly refused). It may take a little longer for him to return calls bec...ause it is a smaller office, but there is a distinct advantage to that. Where my ex hire a bigger name attornay from a bigger office (and paid considerably more), her attorney just farmed out the work to assistants and was unfamiliar with the case because others had done the work, not him. MY attorney did the work himself, and was much better prepared because of his familiarity with the cases.
