At first glance the esteemed Mr Richard Leroy presents as a "down to earth" man of the people. But on further inspection, I have come to realize that he tells clients what they want to hear, then after payment, refuses to actually work for the money he so lavishly gained from his own ill-gotten ways.... He neither has been destitute nor had to work a day in his life so his narcissistic views are completely lost on his potential clientel. If you want justice, seek it elsewhere. Run don't walk away from his establishment.

I had gotten caught speeding at 105 in a 70 at age 16 and while Rick helped me with that I got a curfew ticket while trespassing which Which made it more difficult. But in the end I got to keep my license with only a 200$ fine for all of it. My family hired Mr. Leroy after I was arrested at a protest against a Trump rally and charged with 3rd degree rioting and two felonies for allegedly injuring a cop and macing a crowd of Trump supporters (which I didn't do). Mr. Leroy offered a flat fee that he promised would be same whether or not th...e case went to trial (which obviously would have meant a lot more work for him). In the end, we avoided having to go to trial because he was able to arrange an acceptable plea deal for me. Throughout, Mr. Leroy was very professional in his communication, often answering text messages within the half hour and doing tasks promptly. We got the result that we were hoping for, pretty much, and I can feel confident recommending Mr. Leroy to other people facing criminal charges.
