She takes the time to listen and "see" every person before her, even when the attorneys are moving at the speed of light. She lays down the law but allways grants a bit of grace when true mitigation exists. She is outstanding and deserves far more than 5 stars. Outstanding.

Dumber than a box of rocks
She doesn't understand simple math and is unwilling to have someone coach her through her errors. Using a simple Excel spreadsheet, Karen was supposed to add up items that I owed to my ex-wife and subtract items that my ex owed me.
