Jim was great I don't know how I would've made it through this difficult time without him. I was falsely accused by my ex-partner of horrible behaviors. Jim defended me and believed me from the beginning. Jim helped me to understand this is a "process, " and it can take time, I just had to be patient.... Jim and his assistant Beth put together a solid case that eventually led to 50/50 custody. This was not an easy case the other side was very obstructionist and made me out to seem like a monster. It was challenging to sit by and not lash out, Jim kept me grounded. Jim advised me that the truth would come out and I would be with my children again. He was right, all the lies, false accusations and behaviors that opposing party committed, Jim was able to expose. The best part was Jim was able to keep me focused by making sure we focused on the best interest of my children. By taking the higher road, Jim was able to get me my legal rights as a father. I couldn't imagine having gone through this ordeal without Jim.

James was extremely helpful throughout my entire process, answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly. Never once did he steer me in the wrong direction. He provided me with all possible scenarios of what could/could not happen with the potential outcome of my case.
