Biography
Benjamin L. Reitan began practicing law in 2002. Ben began his legal career in San Diego, California. While in law school Ben clerked at a successful San Diego personal injury law firm. After law school Ben practiced civil litigation at a San Diego law firm that specialized in business litigation. While at the firm Ben worked on many complex cases including gasoline pricing disputes against major oil companies and multi-national business disputes.
In 2005 Ben made the difficult decision to leave San Diego and return to his home state of Minnesota where he partnered with his father, Philip Reitan, at Reitan Law Office, PLLC.
At Reitan Law Office, PLLC Ben limits his practice to helping individuals who are injured and disabled. Ben handles Personal Injury cases, Worker’s Compensation cases, Social Security Disability appeals, and Private Short and Long Term Disability Appeals. All cases are handled on a contingent fee basis.
