Purchase Agreement
Matt helped me with the purchase of a rental property. He helped me set up a LLC and dreaded the purchase agreement and helped me close on the property. Matt got the job done quickly and professionally and I will use Matt again for my real estate and business matters.

UnResponsive and unreliable
I hired him for evicting my tenant for non payment of rent. He showed up in the court and negotiated the deal. After that he vanished. He never returned my call. He suppose to mail me the court docs but never got it back. I am struggling to get the copy still.

Not recommended
I retained this attorney for a partition action 8/12. Never heard from him since nor did he work on the case. He kept my retainer fee. As I requested him to return it, he never responded. I would not recommend this attorney. I am filing a complaint with the board and will file a civil law suit t...
