Our office is conveniently located in the Anoka area of the Twin Cities metro area and we serve clients throughout Minnesota, including those in Minneapolis / St. Paul and the counties surrounding the metro area, including Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka,
Dakota, Washington, Carver, Sherburne, Wright, Isanti, and Scott Counties. We also help out-of-state clients who often have an older loved one residing in Minnesota.

Past clients have commented that we don't act like a regular law firm. Our first priority is to help solve your problem, sure we need to earn a living but we know that if we help others we will be adequately compensated for our services.

Combining my background as a pastor and a seasoned attorney, I take what I know from both worlds and apply it personally to each and every client I help. Elder Law Services, PLLC is a small law firm and because of our size we have the advantage of being able to establish a close one-on-one relationship with our clients. This is critically important in the practice of elder law.

Our out of state clients often have the additional concern of not being close by to personally oversee on a daily basis the care of their elderly loved one. They need a Minnesota advocate who is close at hand, knows Minnesota law well, and is able
to help them tend to their loved ones needs when they themselves are so far away. We understand what these families go through when dealing with such issues because we have lived through it ourselves.
