Charles William Hollenhorst

Nothing but problems with Hollenhorst. Hollenhorst withholds records and would not return beneficiary phone calls. Hollenhorst would not give Mother's will to beneficiary of Estate. Hollenhorst deceived beneficiary by letting him think he would let him know date and time of Estate hearing. H...ollenhorst purposely withheld date and time of Estate hearing to beneficiaries. Causing beneficiary to miss hearing and the loss of thousands of dollars to some of the beneficiaries. When asked, ("Why won't you stick up for the Estate, Your suppose to be the Estate lawyer?") Hollenhorst would not answer. In order to get beneficiary to let Mother's Estate close. Hollenhorst made a verbal agreement with beneficiary at closing of Estate. After beneficiary let Mother's Estate close. Hollenhorst would not stand by the verbal agreement that he made. I do not recommend Holllenhorst to anyone.
