Robert J. Hajek

Bob Hajek is a wonderful attorney who has high morals. Bob went above and beyond his obligations to me as a client and in 2011 defeated the United Methodist Annual Conference for neglect and sexual abuse done to me by Pastor Don Budd. He chose to take my case when no one else would because he knew w...hat the church did was so wrong and he was willing to fight for me and justice. Like I said he went above and beyond. He worked day and night and was there for me always showing support. What I liked about Bob is you knew he actually cared for you as an individual. After he beat the church he then went for punitive damges which we will never see any of the million dollars but the reason he did this wasn't because of the money like most attorney's instead it was to set a precedence that if any Pastor in the future chose to abuse and do the same that they would have to pay if they had anything. It made National news. I would highly recommend Bob and his firm. His whole team worked hard and were all so good to me letting me always know where we were at in the case. You don't find many attorney's these days like Bob!!!
