Brittany G. Levine

Brittany Levine is an attorney at Fields Law who represents individuals in Social Security Disability and Long-Term Disability matters. She is passionate about advocating for people with disabilities and helping clients navigate complex legal and administrative systems during challenging times.

Brittany earned bachelor’s degrees in political science and criminal justice from the University of South Dakota. She later moved to the Twin Cities and earned her Juris Doctor as a member of the first graduating class of Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

During law school, Brittany completed clerkships with local criminal defense and personal injury firms. She also served as a certified student attorney with the Minnesota Appellate Public Defender’s Office, where she assisted individuals convicted of felony offenses with post-conviction matters.

After graduating from law school, Brittany spent 10 years working in legal research and technology, gaining experience in research assistance, data analytics, and marketing. She later transitioned into private practice to provide direct, meaningful assistance to individuals who need help navigating complicated legal processes.

Brittany is admitted to practice in Minnesota state courts.
