Excellent Attorney

Kelly is an EXCELLENT attorney. She is professional and exceptionally knowledgeable in her areas of practice. After a horrific experience with one attorney, we were referred to Kelly for some ongoing custody and family issues that had been going on for a couple years, very high conflict. Within a s...hort time, she knew more about my case then my former attorney knew after working with us for two years! Kelly takes the time to be prepared, she is thorough, and she doesn’t just “wing it.” Nor does she tell you to "just go with the flow!” When you have children at stake, no one should "go with the flow” you want someone to advocate for you. She does that beautifully! I would not hesitate to use her again or refer her; she is fantastic in her line of work.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I endorse this lawyer. I have opposed Kelly on at least one divorce matter and have worked with her on others as a consultant when bankruptcy can be used to assist with settlement. Through our interactions, I have found her to be very competent, knowledgeable, and proficient. She understands the law very well and is an effective advocator. I referred my friend to her when I believed that I should not represent a friend in a divorce."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
