We were being threatened with a lawsuit from a staffing agency who was charging outrageous interest charges on our outstanding balance due. Robert wrote them a very succinct cease and desist letter and we never heard from the vendor again. He also is currently working on a case with a disgruntled emp...loyee threatening to sue us for wrongful termination. After we gave Robert all of the documentation on why the employee was fired he contacted the other lawyer and they drop the threat of legal action. I would highly recommend Robert.
