Michael John Salchert

Michael concentrates his practice in business matters, real estate, estate planning and administration, civil and family mediation, and municipal law. Michael has many years of experience advising small business professionals. Michael works diligently with clients to identify their interests and strategically provides comprehensive solutions to achieve their goals.

Michael advises and counsels corporate clients in all aspects of management, employment, and business transactions from inception through completion including strategy, negotiation, due diligence, and drafting of definitive agreements. He develops and maintains close client relationships including numerous dental professionals and other business and corporate clients. He is experienced in handling complex client matters including but not limited to stock purchases, asset acquisitions, and distribution and licensing agreements. He has represented a large municipal client in real estate, contract, and constitutional matters. In 2010, successfully defended, in Federal District Court in Minneapolis, the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board against injunction protecting the public's right to free speech in parks. He provides mediation services in the above areas of law as a qualified neutral under Minnesota General Rules of Practice for the District Courts Rule 114.
