As a Real Estate / Business Broker, Grant has closed numerous business opportunity sales/escrows for me. I was referred to him because he was one of the exclusive escrow closers for the defunct Citybank of Lynnwood. I have never visited his office because he travels to the business or real esta...te office to do the escrow closing and signing. He also can accommodate and do an after banking hours or weekend closing and signing. He has helped several sellers with their Dept of Revenue issues saving them thousands of dollars. All closing documents are scanned and put onto a CD and sent to all parties involved with low paper wast. His staff is very friendly and his fees very reasonable.
