AWESOME ROCKSOLID ATTORNEY!

Elizabeth Porter is a rock-solid attorney; a true advocate, a guardian angel and your voice in a ‘justice’ system that is not always just or fair. The justice system can be a landmine, not very pleasant, and one needs to have a rock-solid knowledgeable attorney to navigate it with you and for you on... your behalf. Finding an attorney can also be daunting. Elizabeth Porter is knowledgeable; listens, understands, is caring, compassionate and very passionate; and also, feisty and fiery when need be. My experience? Look no further if you desire an attorney with the above qualities. I want to thank you Elizabeth Porter for being my rock-solid diligent attorney; my advocate, my voice, my guardian angel to navigate my very painful and unpleasant legal issues, and all the way to the Minnesota Supreme Court! I can’t thank you enough and am eternally grateful!

Knowledgeable, Professional, and Compassionate

I have referred a few of my friends and family to Elizabeth. One friend was dealing with custody issues after a divorce and they expressed gratitude for not only Elizabeth's professionalism but also her knowledge, wisdom and strategy with all the intricate details. My brother is currency going throug...h divorce and custody proceedings in another state so he's not able to work with Elizabeth but he consulted her for some initial advice and she took the time to set him up with expectations and direction. Taking care of someone who can't even hire her exhibits a high level of compassion for people going through extremely difficult situations.

High conflict Divorce and Custody Battle

I had to fire my first lawyer and hire Elizabeth. she had 2 months to get ready for the trial, which was divorce and custody related. As a male middle eastern man, She stood by me and defended me and got the results we hoped for. She is an amazing and compassionate human being.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
