Biography
Dan Ryan is an attorney practicing in the areas of commercial transactions and civil litigation.
Dan graduated Magna Cum Laude from William Mitchell College of Law, where he was a member of law review, the president of the employment and labor law society, and worked for the Ramsey and Washington Counties Public Defenders Offices. Prior to joining DMSHB, Dan worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Erica H. MacDonald, a Minnesota District Court Judge in Dakota County. As a law clerk, Dan performed a significant amount of legal research and writing for the judge and assisted in numerous civil and criminal jury trials.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys traveling, reading, golfing, watching baseball, and trying to better his yoga practice.
