Replied last October 14, 2024I am sorry you are not satisfied, and although this is anonymous, I am fairly certain I know who this is. This statement contains numerous defamatory inaccuracies that I must clarify. First, I have 141 emails in your client file dating back to July 2023 when we started drafting the Complaint. The statement that I didn't look over anything two days prior to your arbitration is patently false, as we have worked extensively on your case for over a year. Second, the settlement negotiations the day before the hearing were conducted extensively and with your full participation. You received a substantial settlement of your claim, even though your claim was speculative and risky from a liability and collections standpoint even if you had prevailed. Finally, the settlement agreement was standard and nothing was botched about it. You received your settlement funds as quickly as possible. I ask that you please remove this defamatory review within 24 hours to avoid further legal action.
