Michael Mcnab Miller

Michael Miller practices in all areas of personal injury litigation including wrongful death, product liability, premises liability and auto accident litigation. Michael is admitted to the Minnesota State Bar, United States Federal District Bar and is a certified American Arbitration Association Arbitrator.

Michael is active in many professional organizations and has been elected to serve as Minnesota's State Delegate in the American Bar Association's House of Delegates, the policy making body of the national organization. Locally, Michael is a member of the American Inns of Court, Minnesota Amdahl Chapter, and has been active in the Minnesota State Bar and Hennepin County Bar Associations.

Michael has been named to the National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers, as well as to the National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40. Michael has been named a Rising Star honoree by Super Lawyers consistently since 2008. They ask Minnesota's top lawyers to identify an elite group of emerging lawyers, either under the age of 40 or in practice less than 10 years, who have demonstrated the highest standards of excellence. Only 2.5 percent of the state's attorneys are named to the list. In 2010, Michael received Minnesota Lawyer's "Up and Coming Attorneys" award reserved for attorneys who have distinguished themselves during their first 10 years of practice. Michael was one of 25 honorees selected. Additionally, Michael has been elected a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. The American Bar Foundation limits its Fellow membership to the top 1% of American lawyers, and even fewer become Life Fellows.

Michael joined Sieben Edmunds Miller, PLLC after spending fifteen years at a large personal injury law firm in Minneapolis. Prior to that, he served as a judicial extern in the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota, clerked for two Hennepin County District Court Judges, and represented clients through William Mitchell’s Civil Advocacy Clinic, successfully arguing before the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Michael attended the University of St. Thomas for his Bachelor of Arts degree before obtaining his Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Minnesota Law School, University of St. Thomas Law School, and at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
