Deanne Lynn Dulas

Ms. Dulas focuses her practice on making sure her clients have all of the information they need to make informed decisions about their options and the pros and cons of those options in the context of their short-term and long-term goals. She focuses her practice on family law cases that involve the following matters: divorce, alimony, property division, modifications, high net worth divorce, custody, child support, prenuptial agreements, paternity and same-sex family law. For more than 28 years, Ms. Dulas has been dedicated to helping clients resolve family law matters. Taking a comprehensive approach to every case, she understands that the process and needs for each family are different. She provides sound guidance regarding each situation and she advocates for her client's best interests.

In her early career, Ms. Dulas was Minnesota Law & Politics magazine recognized Ms. Dulas on its Rising Stars list multiple times. Ms. Dulas has presented at CLEs on topics including child support, pre-nuptial agreements and legal ethics. Active in the legal community, Ms. Dulas was a longstanding member of the First District Ethics Committee and served as the Committee Chair for the Ethics Committee from 2014 to 2020. Ms. Dulas has also served on the Board of Legal Assistance of Dakota County since 2001, serves on its executive committee and is a Five-Time past-President.

Ms. Dulas is featured in Attorney at Law Magazine, November 2016 issue of Women in the Law, and hosted monthly radio show on My Talk on family law issues to educate the public on family law topics from 2016 to 2020.
