Active in the legal community, Ms. Dulas was a longstanding member of the First District Ethics Committee and served as the Committee Chair for the Ethics Committee from 2014 to 2020. Ms. Dulas has also served on the Board of Legal Assistance of Dakota County since 2001, serves on its executive committee and is a Five-Time past-President.
