Phong Luong

With over 25 years of practicing law, Phong brings a wealth of experience representing clients from a broad spectrum, ranging from major corporations, school districts and universities, to hardworking individuals. He has represented injured railroad workers across the country under the Federal Employer’s Liability, conducted numerous workplace investigations, and been involved in hundreds of litigated cases.

At Meuser, Yackley and Rowland, PA, Phong utilizes this broad scope of experience to help his clients obtain maximum results in workers’ compensation, PERA/MSRS disability, and personal injury cases. He has a deep understanding of what employees are confronted with every day in the workplace and will work tirelessly to represent the best interests of his clients. He was named as a Rising Star attorney for multiple years and is a current member of the MN State Bar Association.

When not practicing law, Phong loves to spend time with his wife, Jacke’, and two daughters hiking, working out and sharing a delicious home-cooked meal. He also loves to chase the ball on the golf course, but has realized he will never make a living doing this. Phong is also active in the community having served on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including Super Hero Kids Foundation, Bridges to Learning and Ability Building Community.
