Dr. Charlene Evans‑Smith, Esq. is an attorney, educator, and systems‑level strategist whose career spans decades of leadership in education, special education advocacy, and organizational change. She holds a Doctorate in Education Policy and Administration from The George Washington University, a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, an M.Ed. in Special Education, and a B.A. in Early Childhood Education. Dr. Evans‑Smith has partnered with school systems, nonprofits, and policy organizations to dismantle structural barriers and expand opportunities for children and families.
