Mike was very attentive to us as we ventured through this bankruptcy. Making sure to explain in detail what would happen and things we needed to do. His response time if we submitted documents was fast, and any questions we had he would contact us right away. We went through the actual bankruptcy ove...r the phone, and he told us exactly what to expect before hand. Even now as we are waiting for the discharge, our mortgage company needs items we don't have and Mike is still helping us. Overall, he was empathetic to our situation and treated us with dignity throughout this process. He is so easy to talk to, you feel as though your just catching up with a friend. I can't imagine what we would have done without him. I would highly recommend Mike for anything within his area of expertise.

" BEWARE " I hired Michael Pepin in 2014 to do a simple Bankruptcy for $2,300... Come to find out shortly after hiring him. That majority of my really bad credit stuff had been cleared off cause so many years had passed... "Great". I owed the i.r.s. & state close to $35,000 in back taxes... I fin...d out i can do a offer/compromise & clear most of it up... Michael says, I can do that.. That he has over 20yrs in bankruptcy, criminal, civil ect helping people. Go on "pa courts mn us".. search attorneys under cases... find out he hs only done a handful of cases outside of bankruptcy.. Gives me $500 back... So $1,800 to do this & it only costs $150 each, for state & i.r.s to file paper to do this . . it's been over 2yrs.. A year ago I call the state & i.r.s to see if I can find out anything.... They have no clue about him as my attorney.... WOW... Ask him about it , then he acts like he is all gun hole now.. Few months pass... Then he tells me the State doesn't do offer compromises... I go online to mn state & find out that you can... Tell him... He is all gun hole again.. Then says will do i.r.s claim first... Few months go by. Get denied for failure of paperwork.... So 3rd time... I'm done. I don't trust him.. I'm just getting hustled. Figured I would Cut my losses, Asked for 1200 of my 1800 back, figured for the 2 hrs of paperwork he might of did. Give him something ... No kind of refund in the mail. He didn't even complete quarter of what I hired him to do.. Some easy paperwork in his free time!!!.. He had no clue how to do it or the procedures, or he is just a hustler & not honest .... I feel very cheated.

Excellent service! Couldn't be happier! I got in wayyyyy over my head and didn't know where to turn. Couldn't even afford a bankruptcy, let alone an attorney to help me through the process. That's when I found Mr. Pepin and help me he did. My debt is gone, I was able to get all my questions answered,... he was even there for me on weekends. We worked out a financial arrangement and just like that Mr. Pepin got to work, the phone calls stopped and before I knew it, I got a letter of discharge. I highly recommended Michael, you won't be disappointed!

Mr. Pepin is a very patient and good humored person. If this is your first bankruptcy, especially, I highly recommend Mike. He acted promptly, and has been very helpful and courteous, even outside normal office hours and business days. He's polite and patient with my wife, who speaks English as a sec...ond language. He's informal, but very efficient. 100% satisfied.
