Shana Gail Buchanan

Shana was hired by my family to handle a criminal appeal. Shana pretended to be working hard on our behalf, but this was not true. Later, we found out that she had never completed any of the work she was hired to do. Her actions left her client in an extremely precarious legal position! Buchana...n was removed from the case by the Minnesota Supreme Court. However, she refused to return any of the money we paid! As a result, a complaint for disciplinary action had to be filed with the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility.
