Biography
Katie is an associate attorney at Jeffrey P. Scott & Associates. After graduating from the University of St. Thomas, cum laude, Katie enrolled at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. During law school, Katie developed a passion for helping families and individuals meet their lifetime needs and legacy goals through specialized estate planning. While clerking at a respected law firm in New Mexico during the summer of 2011, she gained broad experience working with clients in the areas of estate planning, probate, and guardianships and conservatorships. Katie now practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, and guardianships and conservatorships.
Katie is a founding member of the Center for Girls’ Leadership, an organization aimed at inspiring young women to be the leaders of tomorrow. She currently serve as the President of the CGL's Board of Director's as well as the co-committee chair of the organizations' development committee. She resides in Saint Paul with her husband and two cats.
