I want to dissolve my partnership in our S Corp. We are taxed as an LLC. My partner will be continuing . What do I do?

Does your partnership agreement address this at all? That would be the first place to look for guidance on the best way to proceed.

You should get this taken care of ASAP so that you are not possibly liable for any accidents or tickets as they can and will show up on your record...

If you have a contract for a remodel that states 6-8 weeks to complete and it takes 6 months should you be entitled a discount?

Given that you state that the contract was negotiated for completion to occur between 6-8 weeks, I am going to assume that it is in a clause...
