I hired Leigh for my divorce but she felt intimidated by my ex and gave my case to Steve. If I was guessing my 2002 divorce cost around $100,000 or close to it. I had a court order that gave me 100% of my ex's pension because of his refusal to pay child support. I called Steve and told him I don't th...ink it was ever filed with the court. He insisted it was we went back and forth I finally said Steve I don't make the kind of money you do and this is a lot of money we are talking about. I need you to make sure it was filed. I was right. It wasn't. He was just being lazy. My ex continued to take me to court last time in 2019 to lower his child support because he was in a motorcycle accident. His Child support was $1,800 I agreed to temporarily reduce is monthly arrears to $500 on my attorney's advice that the court was going reduce it based on his change in his financial circumstance. He did not make a record in court as to why we agreed to reduce the monthly payment. In other words he did not make it clear that we were agreeing to a temporary amount until my ex could get back working full time Plus this was backchild support therefore it was a debt and the child's apart calculator should not have been used. Steve is just lazy because it doesn't affect him he is all about the money$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ I don't even know why we went to court when all of this if I agreed could have just been done on the phone. I guess he was just milking me for every penny he could get.
