Daniel Beck McGuire

I am one of three founding partners of RAM Law PLLC, and practice in the areas of family law and child protection defense. I received my law degree, cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where I contributed to the Mitchell Hamline Law Review journal, co-taught a contracts class, and was honored with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award. As a student attorney, I have prosecuted numerous cases, which has given me an inside perspective on the criminal justice system, which I now apply to my criminal defense practice.

During my time at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where I received a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, I interned for the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s Office. My experience there sparked my interest in the law, and ignited my passion for helping others navigate the often-complex criminal and civil legal systems.
