I was primary proponent of new national law to prevent Railroads from harassing and firing RR workers 49 USC 20109. I was only lawyer called by Congress to testify before the full House Transportation Committee in favor of the law that ultimately was passed in 2007 with amendment in 2008 written to prevent wrongful termination.,
