Superior RN license defense attourney

I achieved my dream and practiced nursing for many years. Devastatingly, false allegations were made by my employer and I received a letter from the Board of Nursing. My best advice is Get an attorney who truly will do 110% and that is Marit Sivertson. She will provide the best defense and does this ...with integrity, compassion and her ability to communicate clearly and concisely. As far as I concerned if you are calling for an attorney , there is only one call to make . -Marit.

Amazing.

I received a letter from the Minnesota Board of Nursing and was in a complete panic. . Marit was so patient and thorough explaining the process to me. She was able to put me at ease and I immediately knew that she had a handle on things. She is extremely familiar with the Minnesota Board of Nursing. ...She really listened to all my concerns and took the time to understand both what the allegations were and my responses. My case was dismissed. I highly recommend her!

Board of Nursing

I received a letter from the board of nursing and was shocked. Some of the allegations that were made against me were exaggerated or untrue, I felt lost. I came across Sivertson & Barrette through online research and my local attorney. Marit took the time to review my case over the phone before I ...retained her as well as explaining everything in clear detail along with possible scenarios that could happen. Throughout this whole process, she was there for me whenever I needed her, even on the weekends as well as after business hours. She is professional not only in her clear command of the rules and process but in her compassion as a person. I am beyond grateful for the services that she provided for my family and I. We met in person along with my husband so that I could prepare myself for how to face the board and eventually, my case was dismissed in its entirety. I could not be more confident in my recommendation of her to any of my friends or co-workers if faced with allegations from the board of nursing.

Top notch licensure defense attorney

Marit Sivertson was an attorney that I contacted BEFORE getting my nursing license as I had received a notice of conference contesting some of the information on my application. I spoke with her for almost an hour and she reviewed many aspects of my upcoming conference and how the Board would pick ap...art my case. She gave the advice free of charge and didn't pressure me to hire her even once. I wish I had hired her immediately then because my hearing with the Board led to a complicated Stipulation and Consent Order and I immediately knew to call Marit once again and this time to hire her to represent me. From the minute I asked for her help (even before receiving the retainer), I knew Marit was working hard on my side to protect me from any potential damage to my future career in nursing. Marit has been a phone call, email, or text away this entire time day and night. She is thoroughly versed on not only the staff at the Board of Nursing but she understands the road map with which the Board uses to navigate the course of licensure, relicensure, and everything between the initial notification from the Board to the final decision from the Board regarding each case. I absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend Marit to any nurse or potential nurse that has to communicate with the Board of nursing. I would also recommend that you trust her throughout the process - she is kind and thorough but she is also extremely tough with the Board and ensuring you are 100% represented throughout your process.
