I hired this lawyer to handle my criminal case. The consultation was good and I feel safe having a lawyer on my side, at least in the beginning. This guy takes no notes to remind him of what was discussed before; I had to repeat my information each time I meet him and I found that to be VERY unprofes...sional. I just didn't feel he really fought for me. He's not about the WIN and FIGHT for you but BARGAIN. Please....look elsewhere for a good lawyer to represent you. One you think will fight for you; this guy would take your money and leave you in the dark.

Not only should you NOT trust/hire this guy for your case, but he shouldn’t be practicing law. He’s lazy, talks over you, and is a complete train wreck in court. He’s so bad, I had pay $500 to the opposing counsel because the judge ruled Moua was not prepared and wasted her time when he filed a motio...n for my case. Do NOT hire this guy.
