I decided at the last minute to hire a lawyer at the suggestion of family for the condo I just purchased. It was well into the 10-day review period I had to determine everything was okay to move forward with the purchase. She was upfront about the cost of her services and we took care of that first thing - from what I've been told, her fee fell right in line with others in our area. Rebecca gave me a timeline of when she could get back to me and she kept to that schedule. At one point, she had a question on something in the documents and asked me to find out more from the realtors and they obliged quickly. Well within the timeframe that I had to review the docs she was able to give me enough counsel for me to make an informed decision about this purchase. Finally, a last minute assessment become known and again I contacted Rebecca again on a Sunday and within the same day she responded to my email with detailed suggestions on what I could do. Everything went through just fine and I am now a happy homeowner!
