Paul J Gatto

Paul Gatto, co-founder of Swor & Gatto, has dedicated his career to personal injury law since 1981. His experience prior to founding the firm includes significant trial work in both criminal defense and personal injury matters, having argued numerous cases in front of juries and negotiated thousands of settlements before trial. Paul’s early tenure at a leading insurance company imparted a deep understanding of insurance industry operations, a crucial asset in advocating for his clients in personal injury negotiations. Committed to giving back, Paul and his wife, Cathie, are active supporters of children’s charities and educational institutions, including Children’s Hospital, Ascension School, and Casa Jacinta y Francisco Orphanage. They have also established a scholarship at Hamline University School of Law for students focused on children’s issues. Paul consistently donates his legal advocacy and knowledge to assist those unable to afford representation.
