Avoid like the plague

You are horseshit and should not practice law in any capacity. You think you are a god when you’re just a fat slob. You took my child from me when he didn’t want to be away from me. You messed up his future. You should play in traffic.

Victoria was a voice of reason and calm. She was phenomenal!

I cannot say enough great about the lawyer, Victoria Elsmore at Collins, Buckley, Sauntry & Haugh. She's absolutely phenomenal for family law, shared parenting agreements and every little stress in-between. Victoria helped me navigate the legal system without fear- feeling empowered, instead of co...wering. Her steady presence, VERY fast communication and intelligent approach, kept us from a massive legal battle, allowing me to instead focus on my children, business and the other aspects of my life that needed attention. Victoria helped me to be calm and reasonable- allowing for the best possible outcome. I would recommend her to ANYONE. I am so, so, grateful. She came as a referral to me, and I can see why. She truly is, THE BEST.

Victoria's merits.

I hired Victoria at the end of June 2014. I had interviewed a number of attorney's before selecting her. My primary reason for choosing her was the immediate sense of capable personality alignment with me during the stressful beginning of a protracted marriage dissolution process. There was an innate... understanding from her of my situation and a sense of teamwork/advocacy she gave me that made me feel confident in her ability to not only understand my case's intricacies but also a clear understanding of the ways it could go and how she could handle things. Victoria practices law in many areas but her competency in family law was crystal clear immediately to me. She is direct about the law but frames things in a solid understanding. We recently concluded our professional affiliation with my my business before the court and with each and every interaction between us during this 20 month process, I felt she was on board with me in support of my positions and confident in her ability to articulate those with the court. She is imminently capable of forecasting scenarios based on my wants in relation to probable outcomes. I believe this comes from superior training, understanding of the law, demonstrably competent court temperament and shared client values. Clearly I feel that she represented my interests wholeheartedly and with great conviction in both execution of our plan and understanding of the possibilities of our strategy. You know, having an attorney is like having a skilled pilot by your side within the legal system. There are parts of it where you as the client need to steer and set the goal and there are parts where she (as co pilot) need to steer as well. At no time during this process was I ever reticent to let go of the stick in order to maintain control. I was always confident that letting her guide and course correct as necessary was not only the proper way to fly but got us where we always intended to go. She's responsive, in the moment with you as a client and very polished in approach and skills. She has the ability to make you feel that you're her only case and that you occupy the majority of her mind share which gives you confidence in not only her abilities but importance of your individual situation before the court. I would unquestionably use her expertise again and could not recommend her more highly than I do now. In a nutshell, she is sympathetic, skilled, worthy and a valuable asset to anyone needing top flight legal support.
