Kevin Richard Behr

Kevin Behr started his professional career as a reporter for a local newspaper in southeastern Minnesota covering the “cops and courts” beat.  After two years, he decided he wanted to be on the other side of the bar and sought a career change.

After his first year of law school, Kevin joined Dudley and Smith, P.A. as a law clerk gaining invaluable experience in all of the firm’s practice areas.  Kevin passed the Bar Exam in July 2012 and was honored to stay with the firm as one of its newest attorneys.  He will focus his practice in the following areas:

• Personal Injury
• Estate Planning
• Corporate and Limited Liability Company formations
• Homeowner’s and Condominium Association formation, management, and disputes
• Trademarks

In his spare time, Kevin enjoys running, golfing, reading, going to the movies, and spending time with his lovely wife Jessica.
