Amy Marie Krupinski

Amy vigorously advocates for her clients both in and out of the courtroom. She devotes 100% of her practice to family law, and she understands the toll that these cases take on her clients. Amy is an associate at Collins, Buckley, Sauntry & Haugh, PLLP. She specializes in a wide range of divorces and high conflict parenting disputes, including cases involving mental health issues, domestic violence, and substance abuse. She primarily practices in divorces, separations, custody cases, post-decree child support and/or maintenance modifications, parenting time disputes, high asset divorces, paternity actions, and order for protection cases.

Pro Bono Service: Amy serves as co-chair of the Education and Professional Development Committee for the Minnesota Chapter of the AFCC and a member of the Legislative Committee of the Family Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. She volunteers in many pursuits such the Safety Project for Tubman.
