Mr. Kins was a fantastic attorney! I lived quite a distance from his office so most of the initial conversations were by phone which worked out wonderful for me since I requested it. Mr. Kins truly cared about me and my case and responded to all my phone calls no matter what time I called him. For so...meone who has never been in any kind of trouble, I was truly grateful for Mr. Kins. He explained everything to me and got me the best possoble outcome I could have asked for. We hired Randall to handle our DUI case. It was a scary situation and he was an excellent guide throughout the long process. He was able to negotiate getting the license back while we waited for the final ruling which was very helpful. Randall negotiated with the prosecutor back and forth and was ...able to secure a deal we felt comfortable with and are very happy we didn't go through this alone as surely our outcome would have been be MUCH less favorable. Randall also kept us updated along the way, he made himself available to clarify, explain and advise us at any time. (I apologize in advance for my bad typing skills) This man was absolutely tremendous, I had a false OFP put against me from my ex GF, she wanted to make me seem like a bad person and ruin my life where I would not see my kids for 2 years and it was an act of evil against me. I am a commercial truck driver. I was involved in an accident, in my personal vehicle, and cited for "following too close". Fortunately, my life's circumstances did not necessitate me to retain the knowledge and guidance of a... lawyer prior to this time.
