Dablow, Anoka County District Court 1981 – 1982; Ledin & Hofstad, Ltd., 1982 – present. Over 28 years experience as a general law practitioner. Practicing in the areas of: Real estate transactions, title insurance, closings Probate proceedings and Civil litigation including trials, hearings, ADR resolutions, and settlement negotiations. Named a commercial and business litigation “Super Lawyer” in 1998 by Minnesota Law and Politics magazine. Representation of municipalities, townships (and parties appearing before those bodies). Counsel to clients engaged in real estate development and construction. Bank representation including foreclosures, replevin proceedings and collections. Business entity formation and organization, including partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships. Business sales and acquisitions. Alternative Dispute Resolution Neutral - mediator Served on many boards of directors for civic and non-profit organizations such as arts council, golf course, parochial school parents association, Ducks Unlimited, Pheasants Forever, and the Pine Technical College Foundation. Outside of the office I enjoy outdoor sports, golf, bicycling, hunting, fishing, snowshoeing and shooting sports.
