From Screwed to Kim possible.
I've had plenty of legal issues arise throughout my adult life. And Without Mr. Reppe's help I would have been screwed. I have severe ADHD and often forget things if its not right in front of me (even important ones). He keeps me on schedule, regularly update' me on things in regards to my cases , an...

No Confidentiality!
NO CONFIDENTIALITY! Your personal information will be talked about with others when he is drinking. He forgets to tell you about court dates, and also forgets to inform you if the date has been cancelled. I do not recommend him!
We recently claimed this website so this comment is late in coming. We often represent individuals who have alcohol and drug problems. We keep all information absolutely confidential. However, arrest records, jail records and court records are easily researched on the internet and are public information. In a small community, word of an arrest gets around fast. It is unfortunate that this individual chose to blame us for the release of public information. I hope that they are successful in treatment.

Custody battle
At first he promised a open shut case. Because of the other parents drug problem and no child support in 5 years. After mr reppe would show up to court hearings late all the time. Refused and probably never looked at my credible evidence. I fired him and have been doing a better job representing myse...
Conflicts between parents are always difficult to resolve. I often have to rely on one perspective when I am evaluating the case. (it is always best to be honest with your attorney). I never use the term open and shut particularly in family law. There are no winners in family law cases. Again, we are one of the few firms that offer low bono ( low retainer and a payment plan). However, we insist on maintaining the payment plan or contacting our office for other arrangements.

Illigal police intervention
I hired mr reppe to take on 2 cases for me. After waiting 4 months without a update I valled and the Secretary told me mr reppe dropped me as a client 3 months ago and wont take my calls. The case was a settlement percentage case and he dropped me for non payment. That was unprofessional and I would...
Unlike most law firms we often provide for a low retainer or no retainer and a payment plan. However, when we provide for a low retainer and a payment plan, we insist that clients follow the plan. I make a promise to represent my clients, my clients in turn promise to pay me. How can I advocate for a client in court who cannot keep their promises to me. I do not want to be like other attorneys who just want the big retainer. I want to help people but I cannot do it for free.
