My ex gave me an ofp I requested for a hearing. Its this thursday. Her attorney contacted me this morning to find a resloution.

If your ex has an attorney I strongly advise you get one too. OFPs are very serious if they issue.

I suggest contacting your local legal aid office if you cannot afford an attorney to see about possible low cost representation.

Whether or not to press charges is a decision for the county attorney's office to make. You can let them know you would not like charges pressed...

I agree with both counsel. Check on the provisions of the plan first and how a loan may impact it before doing so.
