Biography
At the age of 12 Nicole was adopted by her then step-mother. At the court hearing for the adoption she asked the judge for an autograph, stating that one day she may be a lawyer or a judge. She has never wavered from this goal. The framed autograph hangs in her office.
Nicole was born at Fort Belvoir, Virginia and grew up as a military child, spending her school years in Indiana, Germany, Texas, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin. She now lives in Mounds View, Minnesota.
