I would highly recommend for anyone to use Maureen Ventura for legal advice, consulting, and representation. I worked with Maureen for legal consulting with a divorce case. Maureen was an amazing help to myself, as well as my case. I could have not gone through my divorce without her expertise and k...nowledge. She was very trustworthy, easy to communicate with, did not pass judgement upon myself and/or other parties involved. She was very detailed with her explanations and legal advice. She was extremely fast and through with communication, and gave me multiple situational expertise, and her knowledge was very in-depth on up to date legal documentations.

I had interviewed several lawyers before deciding on Maureen. Many of the other ones told me that I could file right away but she told me I had to wait 90 days or my claim could be thrown out. Thanks goodness she told me I didn't want to pay the fee again. She also kept me up to date on everything th...at was going on during the process. I have told all my friends that are considering bankruptcy to give her a call and just talk with her about their options.
