Unacceptable. Went through this person for custody of my daughter. She had me send her money and like a moron I did. She always had excuses not to meet with me in person, everything had to be faxed or e mailed, and she never once even pretended to be professional OR caring about my situation. I fired... her, hired another attorney who actually met with me, knew what he was doing, and we got things wrapped up a lot quicker.

I used Cristel because she said she could get me divorced quickly. She said she would only represent me if I agreed to the terms she put in the divorce decree(giving my ex husband our home that I was on the mortgage for even though my both my mom and I questioned her about getting him to refinance.......she snapped and said, "this is the only way it will work!" She then bragged about how she fires clients that give her any trouble. I was scared!!! Here I paid this woman a retainer not once but twice! I had the Judge even say what a poorly written decree it was and other attorneys saying that there is a malpractice here but I don't want to bother...they are right but Cristel is a very unhappy person that I do not ever want to ace again!
